Latent Future is a blog about startups – i.e. new business ventures. It explores a range of topics related to entrepreneurial strategy and marketing.

It is written by Xavier Russo, an entrepreneur and strategy consultant based in Melbourne, Australia. He is currently co-founder of Software Shortlist, helping small businesses find the right software. 

The name Latent Future is inspired by the notion that entrepreneurs must first create a vision of a possible future, before devoting their energy to convert that latent possibility into a reality.
